Series
Highest Output Co-Rotating,
Twin-Screw
Extruders
The TEM* Series
co-rotating,
intermeshing twin-screw technology
offers the highest torque-per-free-volume and the
highest screw speed available on the market.
Manufactured in North America by NFM, the TEM Series
is available in sizes ranging from 26mm to 240mm.
The TEM Series offers superior dispersing, distributing
and devolatilizing properties.
The
WE Series of counter-rotating, non-intermeshing
twin-screw extruders has processed virtually
every plastic in the world for more than four
decades.
The unique features of the nonintermeshing design creates the highest free volume
and provides the lowest shear available. Additionally, the WE Series can be supplied
with the largest feed and vent openings, and longest L/D of any extruder in the
market.
WE Series extruders are available in a wide
variety of sizes ranging from 0.8” laboratory
units up to 10”. The WE Series offers a flexible
design which can accommodate a wide variety
of applications as well as process a broad
base of polymers.
The
HSXII Series single screw plastic extrusion
systems are available in sizes ranging from
20mm to 250mm.
Models include standard production systems,
vented extrusion and high output systems.
NFM also offers a range of co-extruders which
can be specified in carriage mounted, horizontal
or pillar mounted design in sizes from 20mm
to 45mm.
