PIN-BARREL EXTRUDERS
- Redesigned:
The NFM/WE redesigned
HRX-II-P Series offers an innovative modular
door design for improved feeding of compounds,
less trailings and can be mounted to any
OEM extruder.
- Uniform
Feeding:
The HRX-II-P
Series features an optional variable speed
feed-roll assembly offering uniform feeding,
which eliminates the coupling gear and
requires less maintenance.
- Improved
Performance:
Other unique
design features included world renowned
Monoclamp Quick Die Clamping Assembly,
space saving tuck under motor with direct
drive, power feed-roll door assembly, and
larger right of left-hand feedsection opening
which allows for easy cleaning.
- Custom
Designed:
NFM/WE builds
each HRX-II-P to your specific application
and is offered in screw diameters of 3.5"(90mm),
4"(100mm), 4.5"(120mm), 6"(150mm),
8"(200mm), and 10"(250mm).
SMOOTH-BORE EXTRUDERS
- Modular
Design:
The HRX-II Series
extruders are based on a modular design
concept with all major assemblies interchangeable.
This modular approach allows NFM/WE the
ability to design and build systems to
meet your individual requirements. Features
include vented and non-vented barrels,
horizontal or vertical gear reducers and
optional head clamping arrangements.
- Lower
Porosity:
The HRX-II smooth-bore
cold-feed extruders provide lower porosity
in continuous-cured rubber extrusions.
- Variety
of Options:
THE HRX-II Series
is available with a wide range of design
features to meet your processing requirements.
The HRX is offered in a full size range
from 1-1/2"(38mm) upwards to a 10"(250mm)
model.
- Screw
Design:
A number of proven
screw design are available to meet your
production and process requirements for
a wide range of materials.
